1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID through our customer support.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect or missing items

📌 Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Toys, gadgets, or gift accessories returned without original packaging

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video of the product

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

  3. Returned items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
